1. Return Policy by Product Category

Because we sell both durable goods and perishable food items, our return policies differ depending on the type of product you ordered.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

B. Premium Dry Fruits (Edibles) Due to strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, we do not accept returns on any dry fruits or edible products once they have been dispatched or delivered.

Exceptions for Edibles: We will gladly issue a replacement or refund for dry fruits only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The packaging was severely damaged or the seal was broken upon delivery.
  • The product is past its expiry date upon arrival.
  • Note: You must report any issues with edible products within [Insert Number, e.g., 24 to 48] hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

If your item meets the return criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items (especially edibles), please attach clear photos or an unboxing video.
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  4. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-7] business days.
